Memories: My Family

If there's ever one story that describes everyone in my family, it's the first time Mum and Dad took my brother and I on a roller coaster. I was very nervous, convinced I would find the ride really scary and/or be sick on or after the ride. My brother was excited and eager to prove that he liked wild, high-speed, upside-down rides. Mum was reassuring me and telling me that one day I would look back and be glad I did this. Dad was matter-of-fact, not needing to say much but somehow still managing to express a 'Well, let's just try it and see' outlook. 

WELL. My brother only went on once and declined to go on again, so Mum had to sat with him down on the ground while Dad took me on the roller coaster again and again for repeat rides. I had loved it that much.
